Telangana High Court extends operation of all interim ordersh

The Telangana High Court has extended the all interim orders issued by courts in the State a last time till December 11, 2020.

The full bench of Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Justice M. S. Ramachandra Rao and Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy while taking a suo-moto cognizance of the current extraordinary situations , issued the order on November 25.

“Now, it is to inform that the Hon’ble Full Bench while closing the said Suo-motu W.P. No. Urgent 1/2020 on 25.11.2020, has finally extended the order dated 08.06.2020, till 11.12.2020, thereafter, the parties wishing to seek extension of the stay orders, are required to approach the concerned Court”, the order reads.

Earlier, the bench had extended its interim orders till 30th November.

“Considering the beginning of the spread of COVID-19, considering the Nationwide Lockdown announced by the Government of India for a period of twenty-one days, with the effect from 25.03.2020, by Order dated 27.03.2020, this Full Bench had extended the stay orders passed by this Court, as well as by the District and other Subordinate Courts, and had also barred the execution of any decree by the Executing Courts”, previous order of the bench.
