Courts round-up September 25, 2020: Supreme Court on cancelled air tickets, Bombay HC refuses plea on places of worship

Supreme Court has reserved order in a plea seeking refund of airfare for tickets booked during COVID-19 lockdown. Supreme has Court issued a notice in the matter of postponement of UPSC exams to Centre and UPSC. The Bombay High Court has refused to allow a plea for the re-opening of places of worship in view of the prevailing COVID situation. Court has said that the decision is of the state government. Allahabad High Court has issued a writ of mandamus for Uttar Pradesh. Court said no person should be seen outside the house without a mask
