Allahabad High Court on Wednesday ordered the release of B.Ed first semester result of Bakshi Teachers Training Institute Phulpur affiliated to Professor Rajendra Singh University Prayagraj. The Court said that the university should issue the result without any delay as soon as the online copy of this order is received.
A single bench of Justice Arvind Kumar Mishra passed this order while hearing a Petition filed by Alok Yadav and another.
The Petitioners said that on the Court’s order, they had given the examination for the first semester of B.Ed. session 2019-21. The Court stayed the release of its result and said that the result would depend on the final decision of the Petition. The Petition is still pending and the reply has not been filed. There is no possibility of early disposal of the Petition. Here the online admission for the third semester has started, the last date is January 26.
If the result is not released then the Petitioners will not be able to enroll in the third semester. The Court has directed the university to release the result of the immediate first semester. The Petitioners have been directed to send a copy of the Court order by fax.

The Court has said that there should be no delay in releasing the results from the chancellor to the clerk level. The result released will depend on the final decision on the Petition.
