The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday sought reply from the UP Public Service Commission on the petition filed for changes in certain provisions of the Assistant Review Officer and Review Officer Exam 2016.
In this case, the candidates have filed a petition challenging the implementation of the provision of negative marking in the examination.
A single bench of Justice Neeraj Tiwari while hearing the Petition of Sriti Singh and 12 others, has sought a reply from the Public Service Commission in this matter in three weeks.
The petitioners said that there was no provision for negative marking in the advertisement released in 2016 for the examination. The exam had to be canceled for some reasons. After this, the Commission has made provision for Negative marking in the examination again without informing the candidates.

The Court has directed the Commission to file its reply in this matter in three weeks.
